A proposed rebrand for the Pasadena Area Rapid Transit System.

 

Originally called the Pasadena ARTS (Area Rapid Transit System), it was important for this rebrand to continue to identify unique characteristics about the city that make it unique. Focusing on the small-town appeal in this massive mother-city of Los Angeles, it was vital to pay attention to the communal aspect as well as the rich and historic art culture of the area. The concept that developed was one of navigation through these beautiful surroundings, and the brand became focused on enjoying the reliable daily commute. It turns what could just be another day into a unique journey through a city we love.
